I am currently pregnant and looking for exercise classes in the Reno-Sparks area that are geared specifically towards pregnant women. I would be most interested in prenatal water aerobics and yoga (for a decent price), but interested in other classes as well. Drop in classes would be my top choice rather than having to register at a gym, however I would like to know about both, regardless. If anybody knows of these classes in the area, please pass them on. Thanks

The story posted above in Today's Topics also includes mention of asking moms of their history. Do you think this will help mothers become more aware of the potential?

Sweet dental program. Check it out!
"I wanted to inform people of a great service that is available at TMCC for ages 3 and up. The Dental Hygiene program located at the Reno campus offers all levels of dental hygiene services (cleanings, x-rays, education) for nearly nothing  (kids cleanings start at $10)," posted Sscott.

I wanted to inform people of a great service that is available at TMCC for ages 3 and up. The Dental Hygiene program located at the Reno campus offers all levels of dental hygiene services (cleanings, x-rays, education) for nearly nothing  (kids cleanings start at $10).
I am a senior student with the program this fall, and as a group we are trying to let more people in the community know that we are available to help with dental needs.
If anyone is interested in information or being a patient, please contact me- email is best (
