I need help. My husband and I have a 4yr old daughter and a 3 1/2 month old son. I need to go back to work to be able to make it financially, but childcare would take about my whole check and we don't qualify for childrens cabinet. My husband has a really odd schedule that no one wants to work around, so what can I do? I live in Cold Springs. Please help me!
Has anybody have an idea for overnight babysitting? I have an idea for during the day, but is it the same for overnight too? Any suggestions?? I have an almost 3 years old, and we need to leave him for 4 days 3 nights.....
Thank you!

Hey Reno Moms...I just realized that I am sitting in the middle of a goldmine of information and didn`t see it ! I have been putting together a pre-school program over the last several months and running myself ragged attempting to please all the parents and little ones as well...So I ask you,a dedicated and invested group of mothers,'What do you look for in a care environment for your Pre-schooler"?I am gratefull for any and all observations...Thanks!
My son recently left daycare to start preschool. It wasn't an easy decision because we absolutely loved the daycare provider who lovingly cared for him for over 3 years. Turns out 3 or 4 other children are also moving up to preschool, so our babysitter has openings. I told her I would try to help her increase her enrollment by giving her a glowing recommendation on-line. Deone is located in the Northwest in the Robb/Mae Ann area. She cares for the children in her immaculately clean home, and even feeds them lunch.

Simple steps for picking a daycare. Todd Costello from Windowcoverings.org called me to post these guidelines. Here's an excerpt from his email:

I'm a 33 year old at-home mother of a very inquisitive 2 year old daughter. We are looking to add another child(or two) to our daily rumpus. Ideally a long term arrangement for the next 1-3 years. If you are interested in co-parenting focused care for your child(ren) in a creative and nurturing environment please send me an Email with your needs and we can discuss the possibilities.

I am a music teacher taking a leave of absence from the school district to be at home with my 6 month old and start my own home childcare! I am in the process of becoming licensed through social services. I will be starting my childcare in August. If you are interested, please email me. I can also answer questions if you are curious about what is involved in becoming licensed.
