I need help. My husband and I have a 4yr old daughter and a 3 1/2 month old son. I need to go back to work to be able to make it financially, but childcare would take about my whole check and we don't qualify for childrens cabinet. My husband has a really odd schedule that no one wants to work around, so what can I do? I live in Cold Springs. Please help me!

Hi I was wondering what the current going rate is for a babysitter. My husband and I have found a high schooler to babysit for us on occasion, but we do not know what we should pay her per hour.  I am a stay at home home mom and we really do not have a ton of money to spare, but I do not want to be cheap. We have an 11 yr old, a 2 yr old, and a 5 month old.We would'nt be leaving untill our youngest goes to sleep for the night. The 11 yr old is a great help, so he would be able to help the sitter.
