I am breast feeding my 3 1/2 month old son, but I need to  return to work full time. Usually you only get a 1/2 hour lunch and two 10 minute breaks, so really it's impossible to pump at work, right? If I can't continue to breastfeed and work, how do I wean him off the breast? He refuses formula, he wont suck ont he bottle and just screams until I latch him on. What should I do?

I've been a stay at home mom since before my first baby was born in 2003.  Recently I have been trying to get myself ready to be a working mom.  It is hard because I really never worked.  I had my first baby at 19 so I had really only ever had a few jobs and never worked more than a few months.  I'v ehad a part time job since June and am now looking for a full time job, but I feel so much anxiety.  I'm affraid i will not be as good at the whole going to work thing as I am at the stay at home and work thing.  I feel nervous and scared about the whole thing.  8
